Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Lovelane Music Group offers a 15-day money-back guarantee on all digital products and services. To be eligible for a refund, the customer must request it within 15 days of the original purchase date.

Refund Process: To request a refund, customers must contact our support team at with the subject line “Refund Request” and provide their order number and a brief explanation for the refund. We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days.

Exclusions: Refunds are not applicable to live events, customized services, or products damaged due to customer misuse. Additionally, any downloadable digital products accessed or used are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy: Subscription services can be canceled at any time. Customers will not be charged for cancellations made before the next billing cycle. Refunds for subscription services are not prorated.

Payment Disputes: Initiating a payment dispute without contacting Lovelane Music Group may result in the suspension or termination of services.
